Analysis of the transciptome of neuronal tissue, involved in hormonal regulation, particularly diuretic hormone 44 (Dh44)-expressing neurons in pars intercerebralis of the Drosophila brain. Furthermore, the establishment and comparison of cell type specific RNA isolation methods: TU-tagging and translating ribosome affinity purification (TRAP) in the Drosophila brain.
