Research topics

For my PhD thesis, I work on the role of transcription factor FoxO in tissue homeostasis in Drosophila melanogaster. My research mainly focuses on plasticity of terminal tracheal cells and the role of dFoxO in remodelling tracheal cells in response to hypoxia and nutrition.

Main experiments / skills : microscopy, immunohistochemistry, PCR based techniques,  Next Generation Sequence Analysis
